It's My Place is designed to be a place where children, teens, and young adults can come together, participate and learn from each other. The inspiration for It's My Place was the need to creating a safe place, that's fun to be at, where people can do, watch, be encouraged, be rewarded, and enjoy being part of a group. People feel good about themselves when they participate in community based organizations such as ours. Learning how to organize and complete a project, work with others, and participating in positive interactions foster confidence in oneself. Each success gained builds believe and self esteem. Self confidence breeds a high level of comfort when facing new challenges.

It's My Place has been operational since April 30, 2014. We continually monitor, review, and discuss our processes and we try to mix things up to keep our programs interesting and entertaining. We want everyone to leave with a smile.
